SA8000 Complaint Management

In order to ensure that employees, customers, suppliers, and all stakeholders have the opportunity to actively contribute to the improvement of our Social Responsibility Management System, Goldplast offers the possibility to submit complaints and/or suggestions and is committed to seriously considering every report received.

Complaints and/or suggestions must concern abusive, offensive, or illegal acts and/or events in the workplace or related to it, which are in contrast with the principles of social responsibility outlined in the SA8000 standard.

Your feedback helps us to continuously improve and to ensure a safe and respectful working environment for everyone.
